The Service

Miyou is an independent product and brand. We provide AI song generation from text or lyrics, playback, download, and optional email links through our own interface that calls third-party music-generation services. Miyou is not affiliated with or endorsed by those model providers; any mention of a provider name is only to describe an integration.

Full playback and download require unlocking as shown in the product (when applicable). Features, limits, pricing, and availability are as shown in the product and may change. We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We advertise and deliver only capabilities the product actually provides.

Eligibility and use

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher). You are responsible for prompts and lyrics you submit and for having the rights to use them. Contact support@miyoulove.com if you believe content is being abused.

Acceptable use and prohibited content

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not submit or attempt to generate pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or NSFW content (including explicit sexual lyrics, sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors). You also must not submit hate, violent extremism, severe harassment, fraud, infringing, unlawful, or otherwise harmful prompts or lyrics.

Do not abuse generation capacity, probe or disrupt systems, scrape at scale, or evade our safety or usage limits. We may rate-limit usage and may remove content or restrict access to enforce these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Generated content, commercial use, and disclaimers

Commercial authorization: Songs successfully generated through the Service rely on our paid music-generation API. Under that API’s terms for content from paid API calls, generated content generally includes full usage rights and commercial authorization for commercial products, platform distribution, advertisements, videos, and similar business uses, subject to those terms and these Terms.

Your responsibilities: You must have the rights to any prompts or lyrics you submit. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other works, and is not legal advice. You are responsible for how you use and distribute generated content. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Payments and refunds

One-time digital purchases: Full-track unlocks, voice cloning, and similar items are charged as one-time fees shown in the product. Prices and availability are as displayed at checkout.

Generally non-refundable: After payment, once fulfillment has started or completed, fees are generally not refundable. This includes, without limitation: a song successfully unlocked for full playback/download; and a voice-clone order that has entered the queue, is cloning, or is already ready to use.

Delivery failures: If a voice clone or similar purchase cannot be completed due to a system issue, contact support@miyoulove.com. We may help complete fulfillment (including operational assistance) or handle the case individually. We do not guarantee automatic refunds, and the product does not offer a self-serve refund flow.

Duplicate charges and payment errors: Contact support; we will review and handle case by case.

Data and saving

You can save the result-page link by email; download the full track after unlocking. Use your purchase email to sign in to Mine and view purchased songs. On-device “Song history” depends on browser storage and may be lost if you clear data or switch devices. See our Privacy Policy.

Termination, changes, and contact

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may restrict access if you breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or for security or legal reasons. We may update these Terms by changing the “Last updated” date; material changes will be communicated reasonably. Questions: support@miyoulove.com.
