Miyou (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use our AI song generation service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. Please also read our Terms of Service.

Information we collect
Information you provide: Text, lyrics, optional titles, scene/genre/voice preferences, song language, and any notify email you submit. Messages you send to support.
Information collected automatically: Device and browser type, IP address (for rate limiting and security), access times, feature usage, and error logs. We may use cookies or local storage for language preference, on-device song history, and website analytics (such as Google Analytics). See our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn of such data, we will investigate and may delete it where appropriate.
How we use information
We use information to generate and deliver songs; provide playback, download, and email links; keep the Service secure and prevent abuse; improve the product and fix issues; send service notices you request; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not “sell” or “share” personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable law.
Sharing and retention
Sharing: We may disclose data to providers for hosting, databases, email (e.g. Resend), music generation (e.g. Mureka), security, and analytics, only as needed to operate the Service, under contract and applicable law. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect users and the platform.
Retention: Generated content and related metadata are kept as long as needed to operate, support, and comply with law. “My songs” on this device lives in browser local storage and may disappear if you clear data or switch devices.
Security and your rights
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No online transmission is completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing. Email support@miyoulove.com; we may verify your identity before responding.
Policy changes and contact
We may update this Policy and will change the “Last updated” date at the top; material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy, except where law requires separate consent.
