This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) explains what is allowed and prohibited when using Miyou’s AI song generation service (the “Service”). It forms part of our Terms of Service; if there is a conflict, the stricter limit applies. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
Scope
This Policy covers prompts, lyrics, titles, preferences, and other inputs you submit through our website, links, or other channels we provide, and songs or related content created or attempted through the Service. You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use outputs.
Allowed use
Subject to law and this Policy, you may use the Service to create personal, gift, or authorized commercial songs (as permitted by the Terms and underlying API licenses), share lawful result-page links, and download unlocked tracks you are entitled to use.
Prohibited content (including NSFW)
You may not submit, request, generate, upload, share, or promote any of the following, or use the Service for such purposes:
Pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or NSFW content — including explicit sexual lyrics, sexual exploitation, and any sexual content involving anyone under 18. Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
Hate or discrimination, or content that incites violence against protected groups; terrorism or violent extremism; severe harassment, bullying, threats, or doxxing.
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights; impersonation; fraud, phishing, or clearly illegal instructions.
We do not market the Service as “uncensored,” “no filter,” “NSFW,” or “unfiltered 18+ generation,” and we do not offer such modes.
Prohibited technical abuse
Do not probe, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or related systems; bypass rate limits, safety, or payment controls; scrape at scale or automate abusive generation; or use the Service for malware, spam infrastructure, or other harmful automation.
Third-party AI and independent branding
Miyou is an independent brand and interface. Song generation may use third-party music-generation models or APIs. Naming a provider only describes an integration and does not mean affiliation or endorsement. Do not describe Miyou as an official product of those model creators.
Enforcement and contact
We may review reports, limit generation, remove or disable content or access, and cooperate with authorities when required. Violations may lead to warnings, feature limits, refusal of service, or legal action.
